Nepali food is prepared using a unique blend of common ingredients and spices, which has simple flavours. Nepal has restored its own unique cultural identity to a harmonious culture, combining different traditions of different indigenous cultures that are rooted as food on every corner of the country. Daal (lentils), Bhat (Rice) and curry are cooked every day in the local household as it a traditional meal. There is no better way to learn cooking Nepali dishes unless a Nepali chef himself trains or guides you. We can help our guests not only enjoy Nepali food but also learn to cook Nepali dishes, with our Nepali food cooking class specially organized in local houses. You can also learn to cook Momo, which turns out to be Nepal's version of a dumpling.
