The Lower Dolpo Trek is situated on Nepal's western hills where trekkers can experience real trekking on an off-the-beaten-track. Lower Dolpo Trek is filled with impulse nature gifts like Shey Phoksundo Lake and pre-Buddhist Bon culture as well. The trek starts from a flight from Kathmandu to Juphal via Nepalgunj, traveling the semi-desert region through the pine, rhododendron, bamboo, and juniper forests along with trails made up of huge pastures, brown landscape, and ridged colourful fields. Dolpo Region Trekking is the least preferred trekking place in Nepal because of its remoteness compared to Everest Region Trekking and Annapurna Region Trekking.
